new beginnings

This is the second time I have started a blog. My first blog was supposed to describe the day-to-day life of a freelance book and craft project designer: the highs the lows; the laughs and the tears. You may think that this concept was a conceit, but you would be surprised at how many people see the flexible work day and the playing with fabric and yarn but overlook the demands of working to a brief. You may have guessed by now that there is an obvious problem with this concept. I couldn't describe the lows and tears if I wanted to keep working.
